Huddl takes your privacy very seriously. This privacy policy is
designed to assist you in understanding how we collect and use the
personal information you provide to us and to assist you in making
informed decisions when using our site and our products and
services. The content of Huddl-app.com, Huddl-app.co.uk and its
product sale on the Huddl App are the service offerings of Huddl, a
limited liability company registered in England and Wales with
registered company name Cheeki Chap Limited and company
number 11899957. Huddl is a Social Networking and Connecting
platform for parents. Huddl and associated companies, and
references in this document to “us,” “our,” and “we” refer to Huddl,
Huddl-app.com, Huddl-app.co.uk and its App Huddl. The services
provided by Huddl are limited to the UK market only.
This Privacy Policy addresses all the requirements set out in the UK
GDPR. The GDPR has been incorporated into UK data protection law
as the UK GDPR. The data protection regime set out in Part 3 of the
DPA 2018 still apply to competent authorities processing for law
enforcement purposes. These rules derive from a EU directive but are
now set out in UK law and continue to apply (with some minor
technical changes to reflect our status outside the EU).
The Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018) continues to apply after
Brexit. The provisions of the EU GDPR were incorporated directly

which is a numerical address that is used to identify a computer
connected to the Internet. We may use your IP address to help
diagnose problems with our server, to administer our site, to

interests of our users, and to measure traffic within our site. - Affiliate Marketing: We work closely with affiliated businesses.
We provide services jointly with or on behalf of these
businesses through links that may lead to the businesses where
purchases may be made. We may exchange information with

post on the Website (or anywhere on social media), you should
be aware that any information you share is visible to other

these forums can be read, collected, or used by other individuals
to send you unsolicited messages. Huddl is not responsible for
the personally identifiable information you choose to submit in
these forums. For example, if you choose to make information,
which was previously non-public, available by enabling certain
user features, (such as blog comments) Huddl will collect that
information from your interaction and the information will
become publicly available.
Huddl Limited recruits expert bloggers to share their knowledge
and opinion on a wide range of topics. Please note that Huddl
does not endorse any opinion expressed by its bloggers. We
strongly advise that you seek help from a medical professional

- Information from Minors
Huddl does not knowingly collect information from children under
the age of 18. Nor do we collect information from any
individual under the age of 18 without the consent of a parent or
guardian. If you believe that your child has registered on our site or
that we have collected information from your child, please contact us
immediately so that we can remove that information from our
database.
Huddl does recognize that parents, guardians, or other adults may
purchase our products for family use, including use by minors. We do

for marketing purposes, but because some information is collected

purchaser of the product, and will be treated as such by this privacy
